Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Power Signal Technologies LLC ("PST Source," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use pstsource.com (the "Service").
1Information we collect
We collect only what you submit through the Service's forms. We do not require an account, and we do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
| When you | We collect |
|---|---|
| Request a quote | Your company name, email or WhatsApp number, quantity needed, and the listing you're asking about |
| Post an RFQ | Your company name, contact details, requirement description, category, and quantity |
| Submit a listing | Your company name, contact details, and the listing content you provide |
| Offer to fulfil an RFQ | Your company name, contact details, your price and terms, and the RFQ reference |
| Send a contact message | Your name or company, contact details, and your message |
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and the Service is intended for business use rather than personal use.
2How we use it
- To relay inquiries between buyers and suppliers, as described in our Terms of Use;
- To publish redacted listings and RFQs (never including your identity);
- To facilitate and protect transactions, including through third-party escrow and payment providers;
- To respond to your messages.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
3How identity disclosure works
Buyer and supplier identities are never published on the Service. Listings show a PST-assigned supplier reference. RFQs show category, quantity range, region, and date only.
A supplier's identity, or a buyer's identity, is disclosed only when a transaction is underway and disclosure is needed to complete it — for example, a buyer's shipping address shared with a supplier to fulfill an order. From that point the information the parties exchange is governed by their own arrangements rather than this policy.
4Service providers
We rely on a small number of third parties, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:
- Web3Forms — delivers form submissions to our email;
- Hostinger — hosts the Service;
- Google Sheets — stores published listing and RFQ data. Only redacted data is stored in published sheets; identities are held in a private sheet accessible to PST Source only;
- Escrow.com — provides protected-transaction (escrow) services for supplier-network orders;
- Stripe — processes payments on direct and authorized Lenovo orders, including bank transfers (wire) and Affirm. We do not receive or store your payment card details;
- Affirm — where a qualifying buyer chooses to pay over time, Affirm underwrites and finances that installment plan under its own terms and privacy policy;
- Google Fonts — serves typefaces, which involves your browser contacting Google's servers.
5Cookies and tracking
The Service does not set cookies and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider maintains standard server logs, which may include IP addresses and browser user-agent strings, for security and diagnostic purposes.
6Retention
We retain inquiry and RFQ correspondence for as long as needed to operate the Service and to enforce our Terms, including the non-circumvention period described in the Supplier Terms. Transaction and invoice records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your information as described below.
7Email communications
Any commercial email we send includes our physical mailing address and a working means of opting out. Opting out of marketing email does not stop transactional messages relating to an inquiry, listing, or invoice you have initiated.
8Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Washington residents may have rights under the Washington My Health My Data Act, though the Service does not collect health data.
To exercise any right, email b2b@pstsource.com. We will respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
9Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including keeping identity data out of any publicly published sheet. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10International users
The Service is operated from the United States by a U.S.-based business and is focused on the U.S. market, but it is open to business buyers and suppliers in other countries, except where restricted by applicable law, export controls, or sanctions. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to that transfer and processing.
11Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
12Changes
We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" line above.
